Serves 1

1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

1 scoop (30g) of protein powder 

1 cup fresh spinach leaves or frozen equivalent

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries – such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

1/2 cup ripe or frozen avocado– cubed

1 tbsp chia seeds

Ice cubes – optional
