Recipe
3 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup coconut yogurt
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp mashed blackberries
2 tbsp mashed raspberries
1/2 scoop (about 15g) vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sliced almonds
2 tbsp fresh blackberries for topping
2 tbsp fresh raspberries for topping

How to Prepare
In a mason jar, thoroughly mix chia seeds, yogurt, almond milk, mashed berries, protein powder, and vanilla extract
Stir well to prevent chia seeds from clumping
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow chia seeds to fully absorb liquid
Before serving, top with almonds, fresh blackberries, and raspberries
Add a splash more almond milk if it’s too thick
