5 oz. (140g) frozen blueberries

5 oz. (140g) frozen blackberries

2 tbsp. chia seeds

2 tbsp. maple syrup (adjust to taste)

How to Prepare

Heat berries in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 6–8 minutes until they’re thawed, juicy, and starting to break down.

Mash to your preferred consistency with a fork or potato masher. (Blackberries have bigger seeds—totally fine, but you can strain if you want it smoother.)

Stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup.

Turn off the heat, let the jam sit for 5–10 minutes so it thickens up.

Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate. Keeps for up to a week.
