14.8 oz (420g) gluten-free all-purpose flour
1.8 oz. (50g) coconut sugar
2¼ tsp. instant yeast

How to Prepare
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, and 1 tsp. salt. Add 12 fl oz. (340ml) water and stir until a rough dough forms.
Turn out onto a floured surface and knead briefly. Shape into a ball.
Place dough into a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 60-90 minutes until doubled in size.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a parchment-lined loaf pan. Let rise again until it peaks over the top, about 60-90 minutes.
Make a shallow slash along the top.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
