Recipe

12 oz fresh cranberries

1 orange, zested and juiced

1/2 cup water

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Pinch salt

How to Prepare

Combine cranberries, orange juice, zest, water, cinnamon, salt

Bring to boil, reduce heat

Simmer 10-12 minutes until berries pop

Taste and add sweetener if desired

Cool completely
