1 lb Brussels sprouts, shaved
1 apple, julienned
1/4 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
1/3 cup pecans, toasted
Dressing
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Optional: monk fruit sweetener or maple syrup to taste
