Recipe

Serves 2

½ bunch kale

1 garlic clove

1 cucumber

2 celery ribs

1 avocado

½ bunch parsley

1 cup coconut water

Juice of 1 lemon

sea salt to taste

How to Prepare

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
