Recipe

Parfait:

16 ounces pumpkin puree

2 cups coconut yogurt

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

2 tsp. ground cinnamon

¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

Toppings:

2 tbsp. honey (optional)

4 tbsp. dark chocolate chips

4 tbsp. chopped hazelnuts

Divide the parfait mixture into serving glasses or jars. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.

When ready to serve, top each with a drizzle of honey, chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts.
