1 lb. ground turkey
¼ red onion, finely diced
1½ tsp. fresh ginger, grated
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. lemongrass, finely chopped
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2 tsp. lime zest
1 green onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sriracha sauce
1 tbsp. fish sauce
¼ tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
