Recipe
4 cups butternut squash, cubed
2 cups quinoa, cooked
2 cups chickpeas, roasted
4 cups kale, chopped
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sage
Salt and pepper
Dressing
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
Water to thin

How to Prepare
Roast squash 400°F, 25 mins.
Massage kale with oil.
